Quick answers to questions you may have.

DART(Digital Asset Risk Tracker) stands as the definitive answer for tracing and overseeing risks within digital assets and Web3 projects, encompassing a total of six distinctive features.

  1. Real-Time Latent Risk Tracking
    • Get an in-depth analysis of latent risks in public projects. Monitor risks and get notified when the risk level changes with web notifications and third-party hooks.
    • The latent risk feature will be available in Q4 2023, but the UI will be partially included when the product launches. When the user clicks on the alert icon, they will have the option to sign up for the waitlist.
  2. Account Security Assessment
    • Mitigate risks of rug-pulls and private key compromisation with address security assessment. Identify how many keys are required to update multi-sig wallets (coming soon) and which EOA is controlling critical infrastructure.
  3. Monitor Insider Transactions
    • DART traces transactions from foundation and governance accounts, ensuring transparency and accountability of Web3 organizations.
  4. Token Supply Analysis
    • Access advanced tokenomics information such as vesting schedule, token authority, and mint cap. Get an in-depth analysis of token distribution for each account type: DAO, CEX & DEX, staking contracts, private investors, and whales.
  5. 1-Day Vulnerability Analysis
    • Lightning never strikes the same place twice, and so should Web3 incidents be. DART's comprehensive risk model can identify and protect projects that are affected by known vulnerabilities.
  6. Code Security Scan (Available in 2024)
    • Identify financial and security risks in the Solidity codebase with state-of-the-art static analysis engine developed by ChainLight's research team.

DART(Digital Asset Risk Tracker) distinguishes itself through a range of distinctive features not yet available on other platforms. DART serves as a comprehensive Web3 risk management platform that introduces three essential components:

  1. Comprehensive Risk Coverage Beyond Conventional Tools
    • DART sets itself apart by addressing areas that traditional risk management tools overlook. While existing tools rely on audits and monitoring, DART goes a step further. It combines advanced static analysis with real-time on-chain data monitoring, providing a holistic approach to risk management. This includes an in-depth examination of smart contract code through static analysis and continuous monitoring of on-chain data, ensuring that risks previously unaddressed are now covered.
  2. Customizable Real-Time Notifications
    • Users have the power to tailor what types of risks they want to stay informed about. With DART, users can prioritize the risks that matter most to them, and it will promptly notify them when those risks change. This feature empowers users to maintain the security of their digital assets by staying in the know.
  3. Advanced Insights from Verified Security Professionals
    • DART benefits from the expertise of ChainLight, renowned for our proficiency in the Web3 ecosystem. Our track record includes notable victories in DEF CON and Paradigm CTF, showcasing our hacking prowess in both Web2 and Web3 domains. When users employ DART, they gain access to advanced insights and recommendations from these verified security experts, enhancing their overall risk management strategy and ensuring the security of their digital assets.

There are 4 steps in the risk management process:

  1. Risk Identification
    • Threat modeling through our security audit.
    • Identify protocol-specified risks by reviewing their code and the whitepaper.
  2. Risk Analysis and Assessment
    • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the code through static analysis.
  3. Risk Mitigation (or Remediation)
    • Eliminate risks that can be addressed immediately.
  4. Risk Tracking and Monitoring
    • Combined real-time data obtained from on-chain monitoring.
    • Track and monitor the risks that cannot be remediated. This integration allows us to effectively express and track complex and significant risks. While many companies may focus on either of these approaches, we stand out as a company that uniquely combines both, potentially enabling us to identify intricate bugs.

As of now, we support these risk categories:

  • Real-Time Latent Risk
  • Token Supply Risk
  • Account Management Risk
  • Supply Chain Risk
  • Insider Transaction Risk
  • Smart Contract Security Risk
